Each Faincy piece is hand-finished in our Johari Bazaar workshop by the third and fourth generation of the family that founded the house in 1939. Our artisans shape, chase, and polish every article by hand — no two pieces are identical. Every article is 92.5 sterling silver; weight is verified and printed on the invoice before dispatch.

We accept exchange of all Faincy silver articles. Bring any article with its original invoice and we will credit the live silver rate towards a new purchase or issue a buyback payment.
