Welcome to Faincy Jewellery Store. By placing an enquiry or order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Pricing Policy
All prices displayed on this website are indicative and calculated dynamically based on the prevailing silver rate at the time of viewing. The final price of your order will be confirmed at the time of booking based on the live silver rate on that day.
Prices include the metal value (weight × silver rate), making/labour charges, and 3% GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in silver rates.
2. Payment Terms
Retail Orders: Full payment is required before dispatch. We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking). No cash on delivery.
Bulk Orders (10+ pieces): A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm the order and begin production. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until the required payment has been received and confirmed.
3. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are accepted for a minimum of 10 pieces. Custom engraving, packaging, and branding options are available on request. Bulk order pricing is negotiated separately based on quantity, design, and delivery timeline.
Production timelines for bulk orders typically range from 7 to 21 working days depending on quantity and complexity. We will communicate an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
4. Silver Composition
Our sterling silver articles are made from 92.5% silver (7.5% copper). We also stock items in other materials — German silver, brass, resin, and wood — each clearly described on its product page. Weight is verified at our Johari Bazaar workshop and printed on every invoice. We do not provide BIS hallmarks or certificates of purity.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement if the item is available, or a full refund.
If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will refund you in full.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free delivery across India. Delivery timelines are typically 5–7 working days for standard orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
All items are securely packaged in premium gift boxes before dispatch.

All orders are placed and paid online through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Orders are subject to availability.
8. Privacy
Any personal information (name, phone, city) collected through our website is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share your information with third parties.
